Series II is where engineering capability and genuine livability meet. Designed for families who need more than short-term protection — more space, more systems redundancy, and more capacity to sustain normal life during an extended event — it is the installation most Legacy Bunkers clients choose when protecting the people who matter most.

At this level, the installation includes dedicated sleeping quarters for each family member, a fully equipped kitchen, independent sanitation, and the full suite of life support systems required for stays measured in months rather than days.

Series III is Legacy Bunkers' premium multi-family installation — a fully engineered underground residence of significant scale, designed for extended families, multiple households, or property owners who require the highest standard of protection, comfort, and long-term self-sufficiency.

At Series III, the installation transcends the concept of a shelter and becomes an engineered underground residence — a space designed not for endurance but for continuity. Multiple private suites, dedicated communal spaces, full kitchen and dining facilities, and the complete infrastructure required to sustain a large group in comfort and dignity for an extended and indeterminate period.

Systems redundancy at this level is comprehensive. Every critical system — air, water, power, communications — operates with full backup capability. The engineering is designed to eliminate single points of failure across the entire installation.

Series IV exists outside the boundaries of a defined product. It is a fully bespoke engagement — a collaboration between Legacy Bunkers' engineering team and clients whose requirements, vision, or scale of project exceed what any predefined series can accommodate.

Series IV clients typically come to us with one of two situations: a project of a scale or complexity that requires engineering beyond our standard series, or a vision for what their installation should be that has no precedent in any catalog.

In both cases, our approach is the same. We begin with an extended private consultation to understand the full scope of the project — the property, the threat profile, the occupancy requirements, the timeline, and the standard of finish expected. From that foundation, our engineering team designs an installation that has never been built before and will never be replicated.

Series IV engagements have included compound-scale installations spanning multiple structures, integration of existing above-ground architecture with new underground construction, and projects requiring coordination with private security, aviation, and logistics infrastructure. We do not publish what we have built at this level. What we can say is that no legitimate engineering requirement has ever exceeded our capability.
